6, In addition we do general maintenance of the equipment while calibrating the machine

7, we conclude calibration process by documenting the test results and issuing a calibration report with national Standards.

Why should we have our medical equipment tested and calibrated?

  • Having your medical equipment tested and calibrated reduces maintenance costs, downtime and significantly improves efficiency allowing medical devices and their component parts to work longer at a minimal increase to costs.
  • Accurate results are of the utmost importance and faulty equipment may give incorrect readings dramatically affecting diagnostics.
  • For example: A refrigerator may read 5°C. However, in reality the temperature could be almost 15°C. Such a fault would affect medicines inside and could be detrimental for patients and your practice. After calibration your fridge will read correctly.
What if our equipment fails?

If equipment is found to be operating outside the recommended tolerance levels or is faulty in any other way, Bio-Matrix will calibrate equipment at no extra charge. If calibration is not possible, Bio-Matrix will offer impartial advice on how to contact the manufacturer or other suitable company who will be able to repair or replace the equipment.
Bio-Matrix sends qualified engineers directly to the customer's sites throughout the India to test and calibrate diagnostic medical equipment.  
We test the broadest range of medical equipment in the market place and we complete all of these tests ourselves. We do not send any medical equipment to third parties to test.
